Hilton – Boosted/Organic Social
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Hilton’s in-house agency dubbed the ‘Hilton Creative Studio’ created and produced most of the social media assets for its 18 brands. A sizable delivery was slated for each quarter and the social team of ~6 within the studio tackled creative and copywriting with the might of a fully built out digital agency.
I joined the studio as a Sr. Designer Contractor before converting to a FTE role as Art Director of the team where I elevated the innovation of the team’s concept + ideation and the overall quality of our output.
Managing a fully digital team and our connection to other stakeholders/teams through the Marketing Team at Hilton was a massive feat that stretched my managerial skills, creative concepting, styles of execution, copywriting, trend awareness and much more. Under my leadership, with support from my Creative Director, we eventually got to points where we were regularly beating previous metrics and became respected for reinventing Hilton’s presence across its social media channels.
